Buzops, Inc. ("Buzops," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Buzops gym management platform, accessible at buzops.com and related applications (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with your use of our Services.
By using Buzops, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically through your use of the Services, and information from third-party sources.
Information You Provide
- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, gym name, and login credentials when you create an account or book a demo.
- Payment information: Billing address and payment method details. Card data is processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe) and not stored on our servers.
- Member data: Information about your gym members that you input into the platform — names, contact details, membership status, billing records, attendance history, and health information relevant to fitness services.
- Communications: Messages you send to us via email, contact forms, or in-app chat.
- Support requests: Information you provide when contacting customer support.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, clicks, and actions taken within the platform.
- Device information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers.
- Log data: Server logs recording your interactions with our Services, including timestamps and error reports.

Information from Third Parties
- Access control system integrations (Brivo, Kisi) may share entry event data.
- Payment processors share transaction confirmations and payment status.

Service Providers

These vendors are contractually required to use your data only to provide services to us and to maintain appropriate security standards.
Integrations You Authorize
When you connect Buzops to third-party services (access control systems, Zapier, etc.), we share only the data necessary to make those integrations function. You control which integrations are active.

Business Transfers

We take security seriously. Measures in place include:
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS encryption for data in transit

No security system is impenetrable. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights or the rights of your gym members, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
